Requests a list of events.

ARGUMENTS

- Group-Id (optional)
- Include-Subgroups (optional)

RESPONSE
--------
Message of type event-list:
- Events (id, name, date, paper_lots, lot_codes)

NOTES
-----
If no group id is specified, a list of global events is
returned.

If Include-Subgroups is set to a non-zero value, all events
of all subgroups are returned as well.
